You can place an online reservation for your ski or bike rental, you'll get a discount up to 20% (depending on the shop, product and period) and your equipment will be reserved.

Plus, you can save time by filling in all the required data and optionally save them into your Rent and Go account, to speed up your future reservations.

How to book online? Simple:

1. Choose the dates of rental
2. Choose the desired equipment categories for each person *
3. Add the required data for each person
4. Once finished, go to cart, review everything, choose optional services
5. Proceed to check out and pay throug credit card card (VISA / MASTERCARD) or Paypal.
6. You will receive by e-mail your voucher, show it (printed or from smartphone) to pick up the equipment at the shop.

Online booking includes in the price:

• Rental with guaranteed equipment availability
• Online discount up to 20% (variable according to the store and the period)
• Check and try the equipment upon collection
• Sanitization after each use of helmets and boots
• Adjustment of ski bindings according to ISO standards
• Possibility of picking up the ski equipment in the afternoon, on request
• Ski poles (included with a ski rental)
• Recharge the battery at the end of the rental (for e-bikes)
• Up to 1 free change of equipment ^*

Ski equipment can be collected, upon request, the previous afternoon after 3.30pm and before closing time. The service is free. Request it during check out in the booking notes. Not available in all shops.

Normal bicycles can be collected the day before, upon request. E-bikes, on the other hand, can never be collected the day before, as when they return from a rental they then have to recharge for the next rental

All Rent and Go rentals offer the possibility to rent the top of the equipment for the whole season. Choose your skis of choice from among a selection of models by the market’s leading brands. Select the skis that best fit your level of skill.

Pick them up at the beginning of the season, and then at the end of the season, decide whether to return them or purchase them for a moderate additional fee.

For informations about our cancellation policy please read our Rules and rental conditions (art. 12 and 13).

Through the "theft and damage regulatory agreement" you can insure your equipment against damage, breakage and theft. The service is optional and requires a 10% surcharge.

The agreement covers up to 75% of the value of the equipment (deductible 25%). The service is available in the cart ^*.

^*Available only in some shops and for some types of equipment. If this optional service does not appear in the cart, it means that this service is not available in that store.

By booking online you get the online discount up to 20% and the guarantee of having the equipment reserved for you.

Any agreements (hotels, cards..) cannot be combined with the online discount, they are valid only for on-site rental. However, we recommend booking online to avoid filling out the check-in on site and to enroll in the Rent and Go Club, booking earlier. quickly future rentals in all locations where Rent and Go is present.

Many Rent and Go rentals have a storage service, a safe and warm place, convenient to the lifts, where you can always find dry skis and boots.

In some rental points, it is possible to book the depot directly online (choose a store, choose the dates and go to the “Services and accessories”) panel.

For other shops, it is possible to request the storage in the notes (during check out) and pay it once on site (subject to availability).

Unless explicitly written, the price of the depot service is excluded from the rental price.

For minors, up to the age of 18, we remind you that the use of helmets on the slopes is strictly required.
